Our beaded medical Id bracelet bands are covered by a 30 day warranty which is for normal wear only.
We DO NOT just send a replacement because you said it broke or you lost it, We need the pieces to it.
You must have beads and parts, charms etc, for the beaded bracelet, we do not replace the beads at our cost. This does not include beaded bracelets being worn in swimming pools, ocean waters, or bathing or showering as the chemicals in the waters can destroy the beads, as some of our beads we use are peruvian ceramic which are hand painted, and also our polymer clay beads which are hand made.
A defective item is NOT an item you have had for months then breaks,well that is NOT defective.
That is like buying a shirt, pants, watch, etc, weaing it everyday and it gets a hole in, does not make it defective. We have no idea how rough someone is on a piece of jewelry. Just like myself, I have worn a watch wirh a magnetic band, and because i am very active, it has actually fallen off, pins have popped out, that does not make the item defective, Please realize this when trying to claim defective.
The defination of a defective item is as follows: Something that is defective has a fault in it and does not work correctly:
We do not recommend that you sleep in a beaded bracelet as they can get snagged in the coverings, blankets,etc.
We do not recommend that beaded bracelets be worn everyday 24/7, especially for children.
We do not recommend beaded bracelets for children under age 6.
We do NOT offer refunds on custom engraved items at all, unless we make a mistake in the engraving then we will replace the tag with the correct engraving.
If you get your product and you just don't like it, we will not offer refunds on a custom engraved item. Or if aftering having an item for months, wearing it, then saying its defective because it came off, pins popped out of a band, watch band pin pops from the watch, that is not defective or cause for return or any responsibility of Medical ID Store.
The warranty does not include beaded bracelets that have been worn in water, including showers, swimming pools, oceans, as chemicals destroy the beads and wiring.
Some laser engraved items come with a 6 month warranty, there are rules to this so please ask before purchasing.
All warranty is voided for abnormal wear and tear. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have concerning our warranty prior to purchasing.
If any item purchased is altered at all, resized by jeweler,ect, added onto, soldered onto, it will not be covered by our warranty and we are not liable for the cost of you having it altered from its original form.
We do NOT guarantee beaded medical bracelets that are worn in water or during sports.
If your beaded medical band breaks please contact us for your RA# and we will replace the beaded band for the exact item, except under the conditions listed above.
If, the item you ordered is not in stock, we will replace it with another band of equal value or refund you. If you ordered a medical tag along with it, we will refund you the pro-rated amount for the band.

We do not offer refunds on custom engraving. Please make sure you read the product description before ordering, as we put the size and such of the plates on each product description. If you get the product and decide you do not like it, is not a reason for a refund, if you have any questions about a product please email us prior to placing an order.
Some items can be returned in original package never used or worn etc because once it has been on your body we cannot resell it due to allergy reasons etc, with prior approval RA Code and a 25% restocking fee. no shipping refunds.
When you are placing your order, please check your engraving information before completing the order. If you notice after you submit the order on your invoice that you will receive that you have made a mistake,please send us an email immediately with the correct information or spelling.Any engraving errors made on your part will not be redone free of charge. However if there was a mistake made on the engravers part, we will redo the plate at no charge to you. We verify all engraving information with what you typed into the text fields which are kept on file. If you order the wrong size, we can not redo the order free of charge. Please check and double check the size you will need prior to ordering. We do not offer any refunds on custom engraved items. If we make a mistake we will redo the engraving at our cost. If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot refund you. If you decide you do not like it, we do not offer refunds. If you do have to return an item that we gave an authorization to return, please understand that you will not be refunded for the shipping costs. Please note that every photo shows up differently on every monitor.
A note about designer style medical id alert bracelets. Through the years of designing medical id bracelets, we here at medical id store have consulted with Doctors, paramedicas,EMTs and Emergency personnel, as well with fire and rescue personnel to determine that our fashionable, designer style medical id alert bracelets would be reconized as a piece of medical alert jewelry. Through the research we have done, we have found the following information. All medical alert jewelry should be worn on the LEFT wrist as that is the first place all emergency personnel look. So if at all possible please wear your medical id alert jewelry on your left wrist. That is the first place they look, then the right wrist and they also check for necklaces, and for any type of medical alert jewelry on the ankles too. Always carry a medical id alert wallet card if possible! Upon receiving your custom engraved medical id, you will need to check your product for any engraving mistakes. We do keep orders to check to see if it is our companys` fault or yours. You will need to check this and if you find an error on your custom engraved id, you will need to contact us within 3 days of receiving it, we do have tracking numbers for date of delivery. if you find a mistake, email us asap tell us exactly what is engraved wrong, we will check that with your original engraving information on your order. You will then need to either: 1. Take a picture of the engrave id and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 3 days of receiving it or 2. Return the id to us via mail within 7 days of receiving it, but you will need to contact us via email prior to returning it so we can give you a RA#. If you return it with a RA# we will not accept the package. If we find the item is engraved due to our error, we will send out a new engraved id. If it is on your error, then we are not responsible. After the time stated above passes and we do not hear from you, we will not be responsible for engraving errors on our part without having to charge a fee. If you choose to use all caps, it does make the engraving somewhat smaller and therefore not as readable. Our engraving is done as etched in engraving, some items offer black laser engraving, please ask any questions prior to ordering. Some photos may appear to be laser engraved, however they may not be as only certain items we carry are done in black laser. Please inquire before ordering. We reserve the right to adjust the engraving to a more appropriate format.
